| In the process of project
construction and supervision we utilize routine documents
and activity procedures partly based on the PRINCE
methodology of management, adjusted to the running
of specific call center projects as well as to the
range of the organization.
Characteristics of the methodology employed by
Telbridge:
|
 |
distinguishes a few processes which
take place in a project and are decisive in the
achievement of success, and closely determines who is
responsible for their realization;
|
 |
each process has an in-built mechanism
to guarantee quality; |
 |
a risk analysis of projects and their
supervision is required before and during their realization |
 |
emphasizes product/service planning
which are to be the outcome of project realization -
activities are only the means of their production or
attainment; |
 |
separates the current project management,
which is in the project supervisor's responsibility,
from strategic decisions which are in the responsibility
of a specially appointed control committee, and in particular
of its president; |
 |
precisely defines positions in project
management , range of duties and responsibilities of
each position, and determines relations with other positions
in the same project, not allowing them to interchange
(e.g. it is not in the project supervisor's or executive
team's capacity to evaluate the project's outcome); |
 |
distinguishes operational or technical
stages of a project which are interrelated with the
generation of its products, as well as management stages
which follow one after the another and enable a better
project management limiting the risk of failure; |
 |
determines disaster recovery solutions
and the necessary changes deriving from them, which
are then carried out in a fully controlled mode; |
 |
determines standards of documents and
the minimum requirements as to information which should
be included in them; |
 |
applies flexible solutions to different
types and project areas; |
